Random thoughts of a Conspiracy of Extraordinary Proportions

Freewrite:

I was reading the third book of Ender's Saga called "Xenocide."  I've got only about 200ish pages to read.  Near the end it's got me thinking though.

What if everything we read, or think or feel about something is only implantations by someone else? Like, what if someone else wants us to think or feel a certain way? What if every book we read, is a manifestation of our own thoughts and feelings, and that's why if you read the same book 10 years later everything about it is different. Everything you feel or think about that book is different than it was the first time around.  It's because we are all changing isn't it? We never stay the same, no matter what we continue to evolve.

What of evolution then? Right now we are living in a technological society.  The older of us have difficulties adapting.  Me, I have a hard time sometimes understanding what's happening, because I've just been so blinded to the idea of it.  Technology isn't something we do, it's something we adapt to.  It's become part of us as a society.  Children these days, ages 2 or 3, sometimes even 1 year olds already know how to use cellphones, applications...It has become so close apart of us that we can't live without it.  I can't live without my phone or my computer.  I wish I could. It's become the norm to have them, and we can't stop using them because we'd lose touch in ways we use to be close without them.  How did all of this happen?

I wasn't here for all of this transitioning.  I'm only caught up in the midst of it.  Just as every younger generation who can pick up technology at 1 years of age and know exactly how to use it, as if our ancestors DNA has combined with our own, and with it, memories are shared, linking each and every one of us to each other.

Where is all this coming from?  I'm starting to fear my own thoughts, my own understandings.  If anyone could see the world as I do, with these eyes, this mind, this vision of what truly is....could anyone else handle the stress of it?  The terror of it?  Is it truly something to be afraid of, this evolution?  Maybe it's just the way it's suppose to be.  Like maybe it's a form of terraforming as "Xenocide" points out about the descolada.  Just getting the world ready for what's to come, a great alien species making us adapt so that they have the control, some kind of gods aren't they?

If something seems so insane it can't possibly be true, it must be true.  So then perhaps alien species do exist that wish to terraform this planet and make us slaves to themselves, having us do as the wish.  There's many rebellious teens who don't wish to conform to the norms of society, but it's become an inescapable thing.  One and each of us must conform.  We must live underneath the hand of god or The Man.  The Man and these Gods are one in the shame aren't they?

What of other conspiracies?  What about Phillip K. Dicks missing stories that got stolen from his vault? What was he writing about?  Did they change his thoughts, steal his ideas so he couldn't rewrite them because they were so close to the truth and people weren't really ready for them?

Maybe we weren't yet at the phase of accepting that, but the farther we get into this, the smarter we become, at least some of us, the more of a danger we become to the form, to the terraforming form they desire of us, of our planet.  Did something happen to thier own planet? Are they just a species who desires to expand to every habitable planet?  Is our planet just one of thousands, maybe millions of planets just able to be habited in all the universes?  Can they travel across multiverses? Can they travel through time?  Are we the past, or are we the future?  Did they make a mistake? Maybe they are trying to fix their mistakes by terraforming on planets of the past in various multiverses just simply so their species can survive. Perhaps our species annihilated them in their future and they've come back to change everything.  If they can control us, instead of us controlling ourselves then they have won.  We have lost this simple battle because we've lost the ability to think for ourselves.

Anyways, this is just a random ramble of things that develop within my mind. Just wanted to write something out in hopes it'll get me back into the rhythm of writing.
